Giving shape to our plans

Cutting

Cutting is where denim fabrics start taking an identifiable form and shape close to the final product. This occurs under the expert supervision of the efficient craftsmen. The precise cuts and stylish flourishes provide the garments the desired shapes that make for the perfect fit.

The pieces of denim are cut with high-speed cutting machines in quick succession. Practiced and precise cuts occur as the different parts of the denim start to come together. For instance, a pair of jeans contains about ten different pieces, from the pockets to the leg panels to the waistband to the belt loops and rivets and much more.
