Giving shape to our plans
In the cutting stage, the denim starts assuming the intended form and shape under the watchful eyes of our people. Man and machine come together to execute precise cuts that ensure the perfect fit. It is a sight to behold!
The pieces of denim are cut with high-speed cutting machines in quick succession. Specific separate cuts come together to create the garment. For instance, a pair of jeans contains about ten different pieces, from the pockets to the leg panels to the waistband and belt loops and rivets.
